Experience/Accomplishments: Mr. Creta's practice is devoted to representing creditors in commercial and consumer litigation. He typically represents banks and other lending institutions, product suppliers, professional service providers, and judgment creditors seeking to enforce their rights. He also handles appellate matters in Arizona state and federal courts. In addition, he frequently advises clients on effective receivables management and recovery strategies. He also helps creditors understand and comply with consumer protection statutes. Selected as one of Arizona's Finest Lawyers in 2011.
